Eric Dalek
DRIVE AND PASSION FUEL THIS ZEALOUS CLIENT RIGHTS ADVOCATE, Saginaw Township native and WMU – Cooley Law graduate, Eric Dalek, is excited to return home and assist hometown community members. Self-proclaimed as someone “always looking for a challenge,” Dalek finds comfort in the ever-changing environment and tasking challenges that law offers. He credits his “open-minded and client oriented approach” as two traits that help deliver desired outcomes. His ability to develop lifelong relationships with clients allows him to be attentive to legal needs during all stages of life.
While working with Zolton Law Offices, Dalek is looking forward to increasing his presence and developing solutions to meet legal needs in the Bridgeport area. His focus on this area will allow him to deliver a specific skill set to the members of this local community. His experience and specialty in litigating collections, real estate, bankruptcy matters, as well as poverty law, will be a welcome addition to Zolton Law.
As a second-generation law professional, Dalek has a tremendous mentor, his father, who was a practitioner for over 25 years. This relationship showed him firsthand how to maintain a positive attitude towards the practice of law while retaining respect. Through the years, Dalek absorbed many other beneficial and enthusiastic attributes that he eagerly uses in his own approach to practicing law.
An avid outdoorsman, Dalek appreciates living close to the “gateway to the north.” Spending time at the lake with family, fishing, camping, kayaking, and taking in the outdoor bliss that Michigan offers are at the top of his list during downtime. Devoted to his alma matter, Dalek is a fanatical MSU football and basketball fan. He also supports Detroit sports and finds the most thrill while rooting on the Lions and Pistons. A current volunteer with the Saginaw County Bar Association, he serves on the pro bono committee, seeking to assist people with lower incomes.
